Pediatric cancer patients got a special treat this morning outside Feist-Weiller Cancer Center.
Mopar Magic Unlimited Auto Club parked their tricked-out vehicles outside the treatment center. Local children dealing with cancer got a chance to check out the cars top to bottom, even sit behind the driver seat.
Dale Hauser is a member of the club and explained that muscle cars are usually older-models with a lot of horse-power. HE'S WAS HAPPY TO SEE THESE YOUNG PATIENTS ENJOY THEIR HARDWORK.
"Anything that's going to make one of these kids happy will be beneficial to them," said Hauser.
The auto club will be showing off their muscle cars this Saturday at 9 A.M. The car show will be at the First Baptist Church of Shreveport on Ockley Dr. The proceeds from the event will go to the Feist-Weiller Cancer Center's pediatric program.
