The future of Louisiana's school voucher program is now up to the Louisiana Supreme Court.
In November
of 2012, a judge declared Act 2 unconstitutional, because it uses public
dollars to pay tuition for students to attend non-public schools.
Governor
Bobby Jindal challenged that ruling. Arguments
were presented by the governor's office and the Louisiana Association of
Educators Tuesday.
It could
take up to two months for the Supreme Court to make a decision.
