Water main repairs set to begin at major intersection

You can expect traffic delays if you travel near Hearne Ave. and Milam Street.
Starting at 10 p.m. Tuesday the Department of Water and Sewerage will begin repairing a 20- inch water main blowout.
The work will affect both inside lanes and half of the intersection. Once the water main is repaired, construction will begin on the street.
If you live or work in the surrounding area city officials say you may experience a decrease in water pressure.
