Teen Held By Police Following Shooting

Steven Graham of Shreveport is in critical condition after authorities say he was shot in the face. It happened just after midnight in the 200 block of Woodrow Street. Meanwhile, 17-year-old Joshua Gillyard was taken into custody in connection to the shooting.
