Congressman Jefferson`s Former Aid Sentenced In Bribery Case

More political fallout for Louisiana Congressman William Jefferson. Brett Pfeffer, a former political aide has been sentenced to eight years in prison for his connection to a bribery case involving the Congressman. Pfeffer pleaded guilty after agreeing to cooperate with prosecutors in their investigation of Jefferson. His sentence could be shortened if he continues to work with prosecutors in that case.
