Suspect sought in East Texas murder

Investigators need your help identifying a suspect in connection with a deadly shooting in Marshall.

Authorities recently released surveillance video that shows a person of interest.

The shooting happened shortly before 1:30 a.m. Friday morning in the 500 block of Georgetown Road.

Police say David Cherry, 29, was found inside his home with a single gunshot wound to the head.
