Thousands of people take to the streets of Caracas Wednesday to get a glimpse of the coffin carrying the body of the late Venezuelan President.
Draped in the country's blue, red and yellow flag and carried on the top of a car, the casket began its journey from the hospital to the Military Academy.
The socialist leader who ran Venezuela for 14 years lost his battle with cancer on Tuesday.
Chavez was 58 years old.
