Shreveport man faces theft charges after he allegedly stole $20,000 worth of tires from a Bossier business.

Last month Larry Blalock, 46, is accused of stealing 20 large tires and rims from Steve Kent Trucking on Sligo Road.

Investigators discovered that Blalock, who worked for a tire company in Shreveport, came to the trucking company where he would change out tires from various trailers at the company.  He would then lay aside the tires and later return to steal the large tires.

Blalock was booked into the Bossier Maximum Security Facility.
