Panola County Sheriff Arrest...

Panola County Sheriff Ron Clinton was sworn into office only two months ago.

Texas Rangers and members of the FBI arrested Clinton on Thursday.
Clinton is accused of using county money for meals and travel expenses, along with paying informants without proper documents or permission.

He faces two felony charges, theft by public servant and tampering with document -- and a misdemeanor charge of abuse of official capacity.

Clinton has been released on bond.
