A man is behind bars after he opened fire on another man during a dispute in a Shreveport neighborhood.

The shooting happened around 3 p.m. Tuesday in the 2900 block of Victor Street.

Shortly after the incident, Scott Knight, 28, was arrested outside an abandoned home near David Raines Rd. and Gordonia Dr.

Knight allegedly hit Isaac Thomas, 26, in the head with a gun during an argument.  The weapon discharged and grazed Thomas, who was not seriously injured.
