Imagine, a stranger pulls up in your driveway and in an instant your child is gone.  This happened to a Texarkana family earlier this week.

The girl abducted has been found by police, but the search continues for the man responsible.  The 7-year-old girl saw a vehicle pull up in her driveway in the 1500 block of Hilltop.  She ran outside to see who it was and that is when a man grabbed her, threw her in the car and drove away.  He drives a four-door blue car.  The girl told police it had bucket seats with covers that have cats on them.  He is described as a black man with a bald head.

Just minutes after the abduction, a police officer patrolling the neighborhood spotted her standing in the parking lot of a nearby church at the intersection of South Stateline and Ida Street.  Police say the girl was returned to her parents.

If you have any information about the man or the blue 4-door vehicle he was driving, call Texarkana Crime Stoppers at 903-793-7867.
