Shreveport water rates still up for discussion

Increased water and sewer bills remain a possibility for Shreveport residents.  The issue was up for discussion at Tuesday's council meeting.

The Environmental Protection Agency has issued federal mandates for the city to fix its overflow and sanitation systems.  The city has been in violation since the mid 90's.

Council members still haven't voted on whether to past the costs to customers.
