NBC 6 Fit Club - Week Eight

During Week
Eight of the NBC 6 Fit Club Challenge, Nick and Jacque crank up the intensity
with a CrossFit workout.
CrossFit
includes a variety of high intensity, functional movements which help you
perform everyday activities with ease.
The
exercises help police officers, firefighters and members of the military
prepare for challenges they may encounter.
For civilians, it helps with getting fit fast!
CHRISTUS
CrossFit trainer Trent Wisehart says you can see results within two weeks.
"You'll be
leaner. You'll be faster. You'll be mentally tougher," said Wisehart.
Don't worry
that you have to be in top physical shape to try CrossFit. The moves can be modified to match your
fitness level. Wisehart says the only
way to get better is to do it.
"You don't
train for CrossFit. CrossFit trains you,"
added Wisehart.
