A new heart for Anthony...

The Marshall community is coming together to raise funding for Anthony Herman.
He's a 10 year old boy who has undergone 9 heart surgeries. Time has run out and doctor's say he needs a new heart.

Businesses are offering offering a $5 benefit drawing. 100% of the donations will be given to the Children's Organ Transplanr Association in honor of Anthony Herman.

The drawing is March 9th at the Marshall Rodeo.

Police arrest suspect in stabbing

An argument between two brothers ends with a stabbing in the cedar grove neighborhood.

it happened shortly after 11 this morning at the corner of 73rd and southern avenue in shreveport.

police say 26 year old edward bouya was stabbed in the chest by his 16 year old brother.

bouya was taken to a local hospital with non- life threatening injuries..

his brother is charged with aggravated battery... His name is being with held because he is a minor..
