We have learned tonight cancer has spread to Caddo Commissioner Joyce Bowman's brain.

Bowman was admitted to the hospital last August for liver cancer.

Since then she had been doing better and doctors reported the cancer was shrinking.

Now she's battling cancer in her brain.

She's asking that you pray for her recovery.

Tonight at ten on NBC 6 News we'll hear from Joyce's husband.
