If you're looking for a low-impact workout to get in shape, Pilates is an efficient way to build long, lean muscles. During Week Seven of the NBC 6 Fit Club Challenge, Bratton shows Nick and Jacque a series of exercises using body weight as resistance.
"Pilates is a total body conditioning exercise method combining flexibility and strength," said Janine Bratton, trainer at CHRISTUS Louisiana Athletic Club. "You use your body as an integrated unit which is like one piece. It creates long, flexible strength and core strength."
Nick and Jacque found out it's not as easy as it looks.

Trainer Janine also offers some great tips for substituting healthy options for your favorite foods.
