Shreveport man wanted for shooting that wounded teen

An arrest warrant has been issued for a man accused of shooting a teenager in the Caddo Heights neighborhood.

Authorities are looking for LaCalvin Williams, 23, who allegedly shot a 14-year old boy on Feb. 6 in the 5200 block of Kent Avenue. 

The teen was taken to an area hospital where he was treated for a gunshot wound to the leg but was released a short time later.

Williams has been charged with a single count of illegal use of a weapon.
