Condition of critically injured infant upgraded to fair

The condition of the one-month-old baby critically injured in a Jan. 27 west Shreveport accident has been upgraded to fair, according Meg Willett, spokesperson at LSU Medical  Center.


The infant was injured when the Toyota Corolla driven by his mother, 32, collided with an 18-wheeler in the 6900 block of Buncombe Road.


The child's mother and the driver of the truck were also transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
