Updated: February 15, 2007
A Plain Dealing, Louisiana teen says the bomb threat hes been arrested for was nothing more than a joke. Bossier Parish Sheriffs Deputies booked 17 year old Brian Scott Matlock into the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility after school officials reported the written bomb threat. During the investigation, detectives watched school surveillance video, leading them to Matlock. Once in custody, Matlock explained to detectives that he was just having a bad day and was not serious when he wrote "The school is going to blow up Friday." Matlocks bond has not been set. Detectives questioned five other students before narrowing their suspects down to Matlock.
