Indecent behavior lands local teen behind bars

A Shreveport teenager faces felony charges for alleged inappropriate behavior with a young girl.

Caddo Parish authorities said they warned Jules Sompayrac, 17, to stay away from his 13-year-old girlfriend after he was taken into custody last December for having consensual sex with her.

Ten days later, Sompayrac engaged in video sex chats with the girl via Skype and took nude photos of the victim which he then sent back to her on her Ipod.

Sompayrac was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center and charged with pornography involving juveniles and indecent behavior with juveniles.
