Caddo Parish interdiction operation leads to multiple arrests

Nearly a dozen people were arrested in a recent
interdiction operation in Caddo Parish.
Thursday, agents with the Caddo-Shreveport Narcotics Task Force patrolled the Linwood, Flournoy Lucas, Barron Road and Mansfield Road areas.
During the operation authorities seized .5 grams of powder cocaine, 2.1 grams of methamphetamine, 39 grams of marijuana, one dose of Methadone, one dose of Diazepam and two loaded handguns.
The following persons were arrested:

Ashcraft, 34, of Shreveport, for possession of schedule II CDS -
methamphetamine

Moore, 27, of Stonewall, for driving under suspension
Dakota
O'Con, 18, of Shreveport, for possession of schedule I CDS - marijuana
Korey Brown, 20, of Stonewall, for possession of schedule I CDS - marijuana; possession of schedule IV - Diazepam; possession of schedule II - Methadone
James
Bryant, 25, of Shreveport, for possession of schedule II CDS - methamphetamine

Adam
Darnell, 35, of Keithville, for illegal carrying of a weapon
Patrick
Wilson, 37, of Shreveport, for possession of schedule I CDS - marijuana

Anthony Young, 19, of Shreveport, for possession of Schedule II CDS - cocaine, possession of schedule I CDS - marijuana, and illegal carrying of a weapon

Jamarcus
Plater, 18, of Shreveport, illegal carrying of a weapon, possession of schedule
I CDS- marijuana; possession of schedule II CDS - cocaine,
active Shreveport Police arrest warrant, and active Probation and Parole warrant
