Armed robbery suspect on the loose

Authorities are searching for a suspect who robbed a business in west Shreveport.
The robbery happened shortly before 1 p.m. Thursday at Pay Day Loans in the 7000 block of Pines Road.
A man entered the business armed with a semiautomatic weapon and demanded money from the clerk. He fled on foot with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The suspect is described as a black male in his 20's, standing about 5 feet 7 inches tall with a medium build.
