A former office manager for a local business has been arrested for allegedly stealing over a $100,000.

Amy Jefferson, who worked at an animal hospital in Shreveport, was taken into custody Tuesday by Caddo Parish authorities.

Investigators say there is video of Jefferson stealing cash. She is also accused of altering records to conceal the thefts.

Jefferson was booked into the Caddo Correctional Center and charged with felony theft.
