Goodwill Industries of North Louisiana and the Norwela Council of the Boy Scouts of America are partnering up again to hold their annual Good Turn Boy Scout Clothing Drive. Beginning on February 1, 2007, scouting troops from Northwest Louisiana will begin collecting donations of gently used clothing, which will be recycled back into the community through Goodwills retail stores. This process provides job opportunities in Goodwills retail facilities and funds job training and job placement services for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment that live in communities throughout North Louisiana.
