Investigation underway after two bodies found inside Bossier home

Authorities are trying to figure out what happened to an elderly couple found dead inside their Bossier City home.

Shortly before 10 a.m. Monday a family member discovered the bodies of a man and woman in the 2400 block of Belmont.

Bossier City Public Information Officer Mark Natale said there were signs of trauma on the couple's bodies.

Crime investigators are on the scene and the cause of death is yet to be determined.
