Missing Oil City woman featured on billboards throughout Caddo Parish

Updated: January 25, 2013

Local authorities are stepping up their efforts to get information about the disappearance of an Oil City woman.

Caddo Parish Crime Stoppers and Lamar Outdoor Advertising have teamed up to launch electronic billboards featuring Tracy Winslow.

Winslow hasn't been heard from since Jan. 2011 when she talked with a friend on the phone.  Hours later her car was found burned in North Shreveport and her ex-boyfriend Eddie Jackson was arrested in connection with her disappearance.

Investigators hope the billboards will motivate someone to come forward with details about what may have happened to Winslow.

Anyone with information is urged to call Crime Stoppers at (318) 673-7373.
