Local high school students encouraged to take part in famed art contest

This year's theme is Louisiana's Culinary Heritage and the foundation will provide $45,000 in college scholarships and awards to students whose artwork best represents the state's unique culinary heritage!
Jacques Rodrigue, who is the son of George Rodrigue and House Counsel for the foundation, along with Alice Franz Glenn, Executive Director of Louisiana Restaurant Association, stopped by NBC 6 on Wednesday to talk about the contest.
