High water threatens home

After weekend rainfall, homes in south
Caddo Parish are left surrounded by high water.
"Every time it do a lot of rain, it builds up," says resident Carolyn Henry. "It comes up in here. Especially back here, because I'm on the last end, and it really gets back here."
Henry says water builds up in a wooded area behind her home, ultimately flooding her backyard with water and trash.
"Oh I don't like it at all," says Henry. "Looks like it makes it colder than what it is when you look at all the rain and water back there."
Henry says the high water shifts the home since it's on stilts, and it bears down on her roof.
"If it gets in I have to move out," says Henry. "Can't do nothing, but get out. It's cold weather too. I have to get out."
Leaving her home is one thing she hopes she doesn't have to do.
