Elio Motors CEO, 'We can fill this place with jobs'

Elio Motors will bring more than 1,000 jobs and more than $100 million to the ArkLaTex.

At a press conference on Thursday the company formally announced it will take over a portion of the former General Motors plant.
   
NBC 6's Jacque Jovic takes a look at what made Shreveport the right destination for the innovative automaker.
