DWI arrests on New Year's Day

While the night wasn't too wild across the ArkLaTex, thanks to weather, police were still out making DWI arrests.

Last night around 7:00, a driver ran off the road on LA 3132, between the Walker Road and W. 70th exits. Louisiana State Police say the driver, Tadaryll Utley, veered off the road and got stuck in the median.

Utley was arrested and charged with DWI and improper lane usage.

Around 4:30 a.m., in Desoto Parish, another driver did the same on I-49. Around mile marker 169, police say a Nissan Altima ran off the road and into the median.

Twenty-three year-old Jafredric Washington was charged with DWI and improper lane usage.

Missing dog gets reunited with owner
