ORLANDO - All the Hornets wanted for Christmas was a win.

Santa came a day late, but came with the magic he knew would end their 11-game losing skid.

Robin Lopez scored a season-high 29 points to the Hornets past the Orlando Magic 97-94.

Lopez shot 90-percent from the floor. Meanwhile, New Orleans shot 50-percent from the field as a team.

Greivis Vasquez poured in 27 points to help fuel the Hornets offense.

New Orleans moves to 6-22 on the season. The Hornets return home to face the Raptors on Dec. 28th.
