Bossier house fire under investigation

Bossier authorities are trying to figure out what sparked a Christmas Day house fire.

Firefighters responded to the blaze around 6 p.m. Tuesday in the 4000 block of Maple Street.

It took crews 20 minutes to get the fire under control.

Investigators say the blaze which caused heavy damage may have started in the attic.

The occupant of the house was not home at the time of the fire.
