Juvenile Airlifted To LSU Following Boating Accident

Safety in the water is a priority this Memorial Day Weekend. Police patrols are out on area lakes enforcing regulations, but already there was a tragedy in the water. We`re told a 14-year-old was airlifted to LSU Hospital after being involved in a boating accident. It happened before 12:30 Saturday afternoon on Cypress Bend Drive near Toledo Bend in Sabine Parish. Authorities aren`t releasing any further details at this time.
