18-Wheeler Clips Power-lines: Residents Loose Electricity

Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office says an 18-wheeler clipped power-lines, causing residents in Keithville to loose electricity. Officials say that shortly after 8:30 a.m. Friday, an oil field crew turning onto E. Barron Ridge took out an electric pole. Baron Ridge is closed for safety reasons. Swepco is on the scene and is working to restore electricity.
