A 7-hour standoff lands a Texarkana man behind bars.
Shortly after 4 p.m. Tuesday authorities received a call about a suspect threatening to shoot up people in the neighborhood.
When officers arrived in the 1500 block of W. 10 St. they saw Tijuan Moore, 36, run inside a vacant home and barricade the doors.
The SWAT team attempted to negotiate with Moore on the phone and also released a chemical agent in the house but Moore remained inside.
Shortly after 11 p.m. officers entered the home and arrested Moore without incident.
Moore was booked into the Bi-State Justice Center where he was charged with criminal trespass of a habitation.
