Funeral arrangements set for local community activist

Funeral services have been set for a local community activist. Gordon Ardison, who was better known in the
Shreveport community as Brother Baruti passed away last week.
Family hour will be Wednesday, December 5th from 6-8pm. His homegoing services are Thursday, December
6th at 11 am. Both will be held at
Evergreen Baptist Church in Shreveport on 804 Allen Avenue.
Donations are still needed to cover funeral expenses. Send or bring them directly to Heavenly Gates
Funeral Home at 1339 Jewell Street.
