Authorities investigate bomb threat in Bossier neighborhood

Bossier Parish authorities are trying to find out who called in a bomb threat to Rosedale Place Subdivision.

The call came in shortly after 9 a.m. Friday from an unidentified man saying he had placed pipe bombs in the neighborhood off Airline Drive.

Authorities conducted a thorough search and found no explosives but deputies will increase patrols in the neighborhood as a precaution. 

If anyone has any information about the person who made the bomb threat contact the Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office at 318-965-2203.
