On the outside it looks like business as usual on Minden's historic Main Street, but financially it's like looking through clouded glass.

Over a month ago the store front windows of "The Vault" shattered from the bunker explosion.

The store's owner says the windows were quickly replaced by the generosity of a local small business glass company.

"Nothing has been paid for. I've contacted Explosystems several times. They called me back once and I called back and nothing. It's been weeks," owner Maranda Thompson said.

"I have every confidence that the folks at Camp Minden and Explo will keep their word and help us out and take care of what they said they would," Downtown Minden's Economic Development Director Patti Odom said.
