A man and woman are behind bars tonight in connection with a home invasion in Bossier City.

Bossier authorities have arrested Sarah Smith, 20 and Anthony Alvey, 20, both of Shreveport.

In early September, Smith and Alvey allegedly broke into a house in the 400 block of Berry Street and committed armed robbery.

Five people were inside the home at the time but no one was injured.

Smith and Alvey face home invasion charges and have been transferred to the Bossier Parish Maximum Security Facility.

A third suspect, Jeron Sykes, 23, of Bossier City also faces a charge of home invasion in this case.  Sykes is currently in the Caddo Corrections Center on an unrelated charge.
