A group of BPCC graduates are better equipped to take care of the sick

Shortly before Thanksgiving the CNA program held its fall graduation at BPCC. The class received certificates of completion and pins during the ceremony.

The graduates are: Brooke Baucom, Unok Brown, Michelle East, Samantha Lowery and Carolyn Loyd.

The BPCC CNA program prepares students to work with long-term care patients. The curriculum focuses on health care safety, medical terminology, practice lab situations and on-site clinicals.

BPCC's Spring CNA program will begin February 26, 2013.
