Christmas cheer while Mom and Dad serve overseas...

The holidays are a great time of the year when families come together, however children of deployed troops do not get to share these happy times with their moms or dads.

Victoria Wigley is a military wife and is hosting a toy drive to get the community involved. She's an independent educational consultant for Discovery Toys.

The goal is to create 150 gift baskets filled with new toys, but she needs you help.

The baskets run about $45 each and all proceeds go towards buying the toys and gift wrap.

Donations are being accepted through November 28th.  All toys will be distributed on Barksdale Airforce Base.
