A local bookkeeper Thursday was arrested for stealing $100,000 from her employer, said Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator.
Theresa Robinson, 48, of Bossier City, was arrested for theft after her employer, Bailey Bark Materials, conducted an audit of company funds that linked Robinson to the theft of $100,017.
Caddo Sheriff's Detective Frank Edmondson said the theft of funds occurred between February 2011 and September 2012. Robinson is accused of taking cash out of the company deposits and adjusting records to cover the loss.
Robinson was booked into Caddo Correctional Center. Her bond was set at $100,287.
