Haunted Hayride in Bossier tonight

By: Nancy Cook
Updated: October 31, 2012

Members of the Bossier City Firefighters Local 1051 have created a haunted hayride on the grounds of the Bossier City Public Safety Training Complex at 5850 Shed Road.

Matt Lauterbach, president of the Bossier City Firefighters Association, said tonight's event will begin around 7:15 and will go until 10 p.m., the Bossier curfew for a school night.

Children and parents can come in costume, Lauterback said, and admission is $5 for adults and $4 for children.

The event was organized to provide safe family fun during the Halloween season, and proceeds go to the association's education and benevolent funds.
