Obama and Romney debate for second time

By: Paul Sweazy
Updated: October 24, 2012

The LSUS Debate team sat down Tuesday night to watch the second Presidential debate between President Barack Obama and former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney. The team includes both Democratic and Republican students, who closely watched what the candidates were saying.

Republican students wanted to see Governor Romney continue attacking the President like hid did during the first Presidential debate. Those students, however, cautioned that the candidate should not be over confident.

Democratic students hoped that President Obama would be more forceful, after what many considered a weak performance in the first debate.
