Neighbors respond to Bossier murder arrest

On September 23rd Bossier City Police responded to the city's 2nd homicide this year.
21 year old Ieshia Winbush was shot to death in her boyfriend's home in the 600 block of Patton Street.

Police have arrested her boyfriend. 22 year old Taurus Carter has been charged with 2nd degree murder.

"I can't believe he was right under our noses this whole time. The man who waved and walked past my house all the time. I'm so suprised this happened in my nieghborhood," Sharon Richardson said.

Carter's bond has been set for $500,000.
