Charges against Wascom PA continue to mount

Harrison County investigators have filed a fifth charge on Christopher Magill.

The most recent charge is regarding an alleged assault by physical contact. Magill is the Physician's Assistant who had charges filed in July after he exposed himself to patients under his care.

His license was suspended in Texas on August 4, 2012 by the Texas board of Medical Examiners and also suspended in Louisiana, after allegations were made by female patients of the clinics where he worked.

Magill was released on this misdemeanor charge on a $500 bond on September 24, 2012.
