(Baton Rouge, LA) The LSU Tigers move to 4-0 with a 38-22 win over Towson.

Towson put in a small bid for an upset when they took a 9-7 lead midway through the second quarter, but LSU quickly squashed that when Zack Mettenberger hit O'Dell Beckham on a 27 yard touchdown pass, giving LSU a 14-9 lead.

Despite the Tigers win and unbeaten record, LSU watched their AP ranking drop another spot to No. 4 in the country.

The Tigers fell from No. 2 to No. 3 the previous week.

LSU's next game is at Florida on Sat., Oct. 6th at 3:30 pm.
