On Saturday, September 22, 2012 at approximately 9:12 pm., officers of the North Little Rock Police Department responded to a call for service at the E-Z Mart convenience store located at 3600 MacArthur Dr.

The store clerk was found to be deceased; the result of an apparent robbery/homicide.  Since that time the investigation has led detectives to obtain arrest warrants for three suspects for their involvement in this incident.

Today (Sept. 28, 2012), a joint effort between the North Little Rock Police Department and the Jacksonville P.D. resulted in the arrest of Jacobi Robinson, 20, 1201 South Road #D Jacksonville, AR.  He was arrested without incident at his residence.

A post Miranda interview was conducted at which time Robinson acknowledged his involvement in this crime and shooting the store clerk. He has been charged with Capital Murder and Aggravated Robbery.

At 3 this afternoon, North Little Rock Police along with the Arkansas State Police arrested Davion Howard, 19, for Capital Murder and Aggravated Robbery for his involvement in this incident.  Howard was arrested in Texarkana and is currently being transported to the North Little Rock Police Department.

In addition, Howard has been connected to an aggravated robbery that occurred Sept. 21, 2012, in Jacksonville, Ark. The Jacksonville Police Department has obtained a Aggravated Robberty warrant for Howard's arrest for his involvement in that incident.

Investigators of the North Little Rock Police Department also have obtained Capital Murder and Aggravated Robbery warrants for Maclin Rogers, 20, a black male, with the last known address of 1007 Wright Street, Jacksonville, Ark.
