Shreveport to hold City-wide Halloween parties

Public Assembly & Recreation (SPAR) announces its annual City-Wide Halloween Parties from 4:30 - 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2012. Join SPAR for a howlin' good time at its 15 neighborhood community centers.

The SPAR Halloween parties offer a safe, free, and structured environment for youth throughout the city. 

Treats, candy, games, costume contests, prizes, and much more will be offered.  Dress in your favorite Halloween costumes and enjoy a great family fun event with SPAR!
