Dump Truck Knocks Out Power Lines, Causes Traffic Headaches

A minor accident caused major damage and several traffic delays Tuesday in Shreveport. Authorities say just before 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, a dump truck pulled down a few power lines and a signal pole which affected traffic lights around Linwood Avenue. Police say the driver could be cited for the accident.
